Position and duties:
The Project manager API SDK works in the Customer Care department as the interface between STid and the prospect/partner wanting to integrate a STid IT solution into their products/applications.
Your role is to manage the project through to delivery, much like a project manager, coordinating the various stages to ensure customer satisfaction.
In this capacity, your responsibilities will include:
- Participating in meetings to recommend/present STid’s integrated solutions, at the request of the company’s sales representatives and advisors
- Drafting, amending and/or approving specifications, contracts or other documents binding STid to a third party as part of a third-party product integration
- Establishing and/or approving a project schedule
- Determining the internal resources that will be needed and the associated workload
- Organizing and conducting internal project progress meetings
- Centralizing communication to ensure that everyone involved in each project is properly informed
- Organizing feedback
- Updating documentation for integration projects
- Handling the acceptance of third-party developments and closing associated projects
Profile:
You should have at least a Master's degree or equivalent in IT, plus at least 5 years’ professional experience in IT project management or software expertise.
You should have a cybersecurity culture and be attentive to data confidentiality.
You need a good command of an ERP system and project management techniques (scheduling, budget, quality, costs, deadlines).
You should be a good communicator with strong interpersonal skills and enjoy working as part of a team.
Your English skills should be sufficient for working in an international environment on a day-to-day basis.
