Position and duties:

 As a Specification Manager for the Northern France region, you will play a key role in the early stages of our sales process, promoting STid’s solutions to influential industry stakeholders: design offices, architectural firms, professional associations, and other strategic specifiers.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Prospecting and Promotion: Develop and maintain a subtle, ongoing presence with specifiers and decision-makers to identify project opportunities while promoting STid solutions to key security stakeholders and end customers.

  • Partnership Development: Establish strategic relationships and build lasting partnerships, leading to commercial agreements and strengthening the reputation of our technical expertise.

  • Upfront Influence and Advisory: Engage at the early stages of projects to influence purchasing decisions by presenting the advantages of our solutions, thereby convincing and securing loyalty from end customers.

  • Internal Collaboration: Work closely with the sales, technical, and marketing teams to ensure strategic alignment and effectively meet customer needs.

  • Network Development and Management: Build and maintain an active network of design offices, architects, integrators, and distributors.

  • Event Participation: Represent STid at national and regional professional events and meetings to promote our solutions and foster new connections.

 

Profile:

With 3 to 5 years of experience as a specification manager, you ideally have knowledge in access control or a similar technical field, demonstrating your understanding of products and market challenges.

Equipped with a sales-driven mindset, you bring autonomy and creativity to identifying new opportunities.
