Position and duties:
Reporting to the Sales Department and working within the Customer Account team, you will contribute to client satisfaction and revenue growth.
As our future Customer Account Manager, your role is to maintain close relationships with clients via email and/or phone.
On a daily basis, you act as the link between clients and the sales team by understanding their needs and ensuring proper sales follow-up.
Your key responsibilities include (non-exhaustive list):
- Sales Follow-up :
As a true extension of the STid sales team, you provide information to clients regarding our products/solutions and handle client orders from reception to validation. You also ensure the commercial data for your geographic area is regularly updated.
- Preparing Quotes :
You gather the necessary and missing information from clients to prepare accurate quotes.
You send the quote and related documents (estimated delivery time, product sheets, general terms & conditions) to the client, and you follow up to ensure quotes are converted into orders.
- Validating and Managing Ongoing Orders
While keeping clients informed about their order status, you analyze the content of each order and verify the customer’s financial solvency.
You may also be required to answer calls received through the company’s main phone line.
Profile:
You hold a 2-year degree (Bac+2) in a sales-related or technical-commercial field (such as Business Development, Customer Relations, etc.) and have at least 3 years of proven experience in sales administration, customer account management, or as an inside sales representative.
You are comfortable with office tools (Word, Excel, PowerPoint), as well as digital communication tools (internet, email), and you are proficient with commercial management software such as CRM or ERP systems.
Autonomous and organized, you bring energy, curiosity, and initiative to effectively support the sales team.
