The Architect® ARC-H is a MIFARE® DESFire® EV3 desktop reader WEDGE with keyboard emulation. It is well suited for an easily connection with your computers, printers or other business applications, and benefit from the advantages of a USB WEDGE output. This user interface emulates a keyboard, without having to install any third-party software.

A smart keyboard emulation toolThe keyboard interface functionality enables users to retrieve credential data (from cards, key holders, wristbands, etc.) and to transfer it to any application by emulating the key sequence. It avoids manual entry of the data on the card in an application. The data structures and output formats can be entirely configured: keyboard layout (AZERTY by default), keys, timing, etc. |
Easy integrationThe WEDGE reader is independent from the application and the operating system and does not require any drivers or third-party software to be installed, guaranteeing optimal operation in any computing environment. |

ARC-H reader uses the latest MIFARE® contactless chip technologies with new data security mechanisms. All public encryption algorithms can be used (3DES, AES, etc.), which are recommended by official data security agencies (such as the French national agency ANSSI).
